Mixed Media: Emilie Halpern

Emilie Halpern is a sculptor and photographer who was born in Paris, and now based in Los Angeles, CA. The following works are assemblages made from found objects and found images, with reference to film stills and photography books. Her solo exhibition, Jamais Vu, is currently on display through February 18th at Pepin Moore Gallery in LA.

Arianne Di Nardo is a freelance Editor of Photography and the former Assistant Editor at FANTOM Photographic Quarterly / Fantom Editions, and OSMOS Books & OSMOS Magazine. She studied Cinema at the University of Western Ontario and is currently based in some place or another.
